The connector’s system answered the tool call with an error.

What to do

Section titled “What to do”

Open the action in Console › Actions to read the details, fix the cause, then send a new request with a new Idempotency-Key. A retry with the same key returns this 502 again.

The message is for a person and can get more exact over time: branch on type and code, never on the message.
