Pagination

Every list endpoint answers the same shape:

Pass ?limit= (1 to 100) and &cursor=<next_cursor> to get the next page. A cursor is opaque: don’t build or edit one. A limit outside 1 to 100 is validation_failed with param: limit.

Lists are stable under concurrent inserts: a page never repeats or skips a row that existed when you started. The SDKs iterate pages for you.
