What happened
Section titled “What happened”The service answered 429. Reads and calls with an idempotency header are
retried up to twice, honouring a Retry-After of at most 5 s; a write without one is never
retried. The action is failed.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”Wait, then send the action again. If it happens often, give the agent a budget in its policy so it slows down before the service does.
