You accepted a suggestion, but the policy it was written for is no longer the one enforced: someone activated another version since.

What happened

You accepted a suggestion, but the policy it was written for is no longer the one enforced: someone activated another version since. Deedglass marks the suggestion superseded (stale_reason: base_changed) and changes nothing, because its diff and replay describe a policy that is no longer live.

What to do

Generate suggestions again (POST /v1/suggestions/generate, or deedglass insights suggestions generate). If the evidence still holds, a new suggestion is written against the version enforced now.

The message is for a person and can get more exact over time: branch on type and code, never on the message.
