The window you sent can’t be replayed or read: from is not before to, or the window is longer than 90 days.

What happened

The window you sent can’t be replayed or read: from is not before to, or the window is longer than 90 days. The replay route, GET /v1/insights/stats (with from and to) and GET /v1/insights/shadow check the same rule. param names the end at fault: to when both ends were sent and from isn’t before it, otherwise from.

What to do

Send from before to, at most 90 days apart, both in RFC 3339 like 2026-09-26T00:00:00Z. Leave both out to use the last 7 days.

The message is for a person and can get more exact over time: branch on type and code, never on the message.
