POST /v1/actions/{id}/cancel on an approved scheduled action whose run has already started: the worker claimed its approval_resume job, so the call may be reaching the connector now. Cancelling an approved scheduled action works only while its job is still waiting for the window.

Wait for the action to finish and read its deed (deedglass actions show <id> --wait).
